PADI Open Water Dive Course
These a great for a longer camp, or a to be an addition to an entire term subject. This requires a minimum age of 12 years, and includes dive theory, confined water dives (either at the local pool or in the calm waters of GKI) and 4 open water dives. This generally takes 4 days total if done over consecutive days, or can be spread across several weeks.
-There are medical conditions and prescribed medications that can exclude participants, or require a signed dive medical by a certified Doctor.
PADI Discover Scuba Diving
A shorter, but just as exciting, course is PADI Discover Scuba Diving. This introductory dive involves a short theory component, in water skills and a supervised dive. This can be completed in one day, and has a student/instructor ratio of 4:1. This dive can be used as RPL for a full Open Water Dive Course.
Due to the variance in group size and requirements, all packages are tailored on enquiry. All of our experiences can be tailored to age, subject and curriculum requirements to ensure your students get the most out of their stay at GKI.

We have an unrivalled passion for the reef and the Keppel Group and would love to share that with all age groups. Not only does this help build awareness of the reef, its beauty and current environmental pressures, but it may also result in the next generation entering the marine tourism industry.
We look forward to hearing from you!
